William D. McGillicuddy
William D. McGillicuddy attended Manhattanville College, in Purchase, NY, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law, in Chapel Hill, securing a J.D. in 1979. After several years working for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Mr. McGillicuddy began practicing law in 1982, representing workers’ compensation claimants and carriers, and personal injury plaintiffs. Since 1984, he has represented workers’ compensation claimants exclusively, and since 1988, Social Security Disability applicants. At the age of 34, he formed his own firm, McGillicuddy & Siegel, P.C., with offices in Pine Bush and then Montgomery.
Mr. McGillicuddy retired and sold McGillicuddy & Siegel, P.C., in 2002. After retiring from law, Mr. McGillicuddy served as the Assistant Director of the Pine Bush Youth Football & Cheerleading League, and as a member of the Pine Bush Central School District Board of Education. He worked as a stock broker for two years, and then obtained a Masters in Education from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.
In 2010, Mr. McGillicuddy returned to law and reacquired the files of McGillicuddy & Siegel, P.C. He formed a new corporation, William D. McGillicuddy Law Office, P.C., and rejoined Stacie L. Stacie L. Blasko
Stacie L. Blasko attended Orange County Community College in Middletown, New York, graduating in 1991 with an Associates Degree. She then attended St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Immediately following graduation, Mrs. Blasko began working as a legal assistant in the office of Robert M. Gables, L.H.R., in addition to coaching girls’ basketball at Marlboro Middle School.
In 1995, Mrs. Blasko became a NYS Workers' Compensation Board Licensed Hearing Representative, exclusively licensed to represent Workers' Compensation claimants. Mrs. Blasko began working at the office of McGillicuddy & Siegel, P.C. in 1996, with William D. McGillicuddy, founder of the firm. In 2002, Mr. McGillicuddy retired and sold the practice, while Mrs. Blasko remained in the employ of the firm, under the new owners.
In 2010, Mrs. Blasko was reunited with Mr. McGillicuddy when he reacquired the files of McGillicuddy & Siegel, P.C. A new corporation was formed, William D. McGillicuddy Law Office, P.C., and she and Mr. McGillicuddy are working together once again.
In addition to representing Workers' Compensation claimants since 1995, Mrs. Blasko has consistently been an active participant in her community. She currently serves on the Wallkill Area Little League Board and has coached local soccer, basketball and softball teams since 2000.
